 . . . .   John Huddart   . . . .

For those of you who new John Huddart.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of his recent death.
Both his brothers Ralph and Mike
have asked that we mention John here.

We will always  remember him and I am sure that I act on behalf of us all in passing
on our condolences to Johns family and all his friends.

Lindsay - One of the last Pupils to attend St Georges School gets married

Lynn Barnes daughter Lindsay, was married to Andy in one of the worlds most romantic places, Screen

The wedding featured two ceremonies. The first was in Sorrento and held by the Town Mayor on Wednesday 7th June 2006. The second British Ceremony was held in the Villa Rossa on the following day.

The wedding was attended by close friends and family, many who travelled from the UK and Europe.

Here's Lynn helping with the final adjustments just before the ceremony! !

The reception was held at the Villa Rossa and the dancing went on through the night until the early morning. The view from the reception overlooked Sorrento bay with the Isle of Capri in the distance.

Here's a photo of the brides mother, our very own Lynn Barnes all set to go ! !

The chief bridesmaid was Lindsays sister Nikki. The other two bridesmaids were Emma and Haley close friends of Lindsay's.

The bride was given away by her father Ian Coutts who was accompanied by his Belgian partner Marie-Jean. Andy had two best men, one for each ceremony.

Lynn was acompanied by Janice Bartles who you will recognise as one of our St Georges Reunion Organising Group members.

The wedding was enjoyed by all and the events lasted the whole week. The couple enjoyed their honeymoon in the Bahamas.

All that remains is to wish Lindsay and Andy every happiness from us all.

' Derek and Kelly ' - Married on 15th April 2006

Derek our 'story man has finally married Kelly who most of you met at the last reunion.
A few of us were invited to the wedding to witness the special occasion and a fantastic time was had by all.

Kelly arrived in style riding in a fine Horse and Carriage and was joined in her walk up
the aisle by a host of smart Page Boys and beautiful Brides Maids. An hour or so later
they made their vows and signed the book.

The reception was held in the famous Latham Hall where the happy couple had laid
on a feast for all the hungry guests. Here's a couple of photo's from the day.

All that remains is to wish you Good Luck
from us all and every happiness to you both for the future !  !  !
